This Privacy Policy describes how the Open House Info Line ("the Service") collects, uses, and protects your information when you interact with the Service by SMS text message at (689) 312-9011. The Service is operated by Poorya Piroozan (sole proprietor), providing property information on behalf of Liliana Lamadrid, Real Estate Agent.
What we collect
When you text the Service — for example, after scanning a QR code at an open house — we receive your mobile phone number and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal information unless you choose to provide it.
How we use it
Your phone number and message are used solely to (1) reply with the property information you requested, and (2) allow the real estate agent to follow up with you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Service and is typically only a few messages per inquiry.
What we never do
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (such as our SMS delivery provider), or when required by law.
