The Service
The Open House Info Line ("the Service") is operated by Poorya Piroozan (sole proprietor) and provides real estate open house and property information by SMS text message at (689) 312-9011, on behalf of Liliana Lamadrid, Real Estate Agent. When you text the Service — for example, after scanning a QR code at an open house or on property signage — you consent to receive an automated reply with the property information you requested, and possibly a brief follow-up message from the real estate agent regarding your inquiry.
Messaging terms
- Messaging is user-initiated: you only receive messages after you text the Service first.
- Message frequency varies and is typically only a few messages per inquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
